AtlantiCare Expands Self-Service to Consumers with Kyruus Digital Access Solutions

BOSTON–(COMMERCIAL THREAD) – Kyruus, the leader in provider search and planning solutions for healthcare systems, today announced that AtlantiCare, an integrated healthcare system serving southern New Jersey, has improved online access of consumers to care via the Kyruus ProviderMatch® Platform. New and existing patients can now more easily discover the providers who best match their needs on the AtlantiCare network and make appointments themselves with selected providers.

Serving its communities via a network of nearly 1,000 providers, AtlantiCare was looking for a complete provider data management and patient access solution that would allow it to present its healthcare offers to consumers within an experience of Unique and streamlined online search. The team engaged Kyruus because of their industry-leading platform, experience working with healthcare systems across the United States, and expertise in enabling online scheduling directly into the records platforms of electronic health (EHR).

AtlantiCare started by creating a centralized supplier directory in KyruusOne®. Drawing on Kyruus’ clinical taxonomy and clinical advisory services, the team captured the clinical areas of interest of providers at a detailed level, paving the way for the launch of ProviderMatch for consumers on their website. ProviderMatch takes robust data from KyruusOne and presents it to consumers as part of a familiar, easy-to-use research experience to facilitate an efficient patient-provider match. AtlantiCare now registers more than 20,000 searches per month on average in ProviderMatch, an increase of four from the comparable period following its launch in late 2019.
